Description: Set-up the silent auction, registration tables and/or other important areas, tasks will be assigned upon arrival. Qualifications: The ability to life over 10 lbs., a can-do attitude and team approach to setting up the event’s logistics.
Description: Tear down auction tables, packing up remaining items left behind or with no bids, assist with packing up the registration area and breaking down and hauling away any empty cardboard boxes.
Qualifications: The ability to life over 10 lbs., a can do attitude and a refreshing energy to contribute to closing down a successful event.
Registration & Check-Out Attendant
Description: Check in guests, assist guests through the registration process, answer questions, compute purchases and generate invoices for winning bidders, operate software to keep the live and silent auctions updated throughout the evening, and report on any issues.
Qualifications: A fun upbeat attitude, with a winning smile and strong organizational skills.
Silent Auction Attendant
Description: Assist bidders with registering for mobile bidding, placing bids during the reception, report on bidding status, and assist guests with checking-out purchases.
Qualifications: A love of decorating and a desire to help others make exciting purchases.
Greeter & Coat Check Attendant
Description: Greet all guests as they arrive, answer their questions, provide direction, assist guests with checking their coats and belongings at the Coat Check area.
Qualifications: Upbeat attitude and a warm, approachable personality.
Description: Assist with directing guests to their designated tables, jump into the action during our exciting live auction by assisting the auctioneer with spotting bids.
Qualifications: A good eye, a clear voice, and an ability to enthuse a crowd.
Description: Deliver auction items to winning bidders, may include transporting items to their car.
Qualifications: Great people skills and ability to lift 40 pounds.
